Baby Center is on of my favorite places to shop. In many ways it is like Epinions. The products are easy to find via a search or by topic/type. Baby Center is a great place to go when you want to compare several different items before purchasing. I use it quite a bit for baby items. There are so many baby items on the market today how can one know which are good and which should be avoided. People who purchase items are encouraged to write quick reviews. Even if a person does not purchase an item directly from Baby Center, a review can still be written.

When an item is selected, the reviews are posted in summary for an easy glance to see if the product might be of interest. I will admit I do not always buy products from Baby Center because they tend to be more expensive than my local stores, but if I am looking for something specific they seem to have everything.

In summary: They are easy to navigate, checkout is straight forward, and customer service is quick and friendly. I have enjoyed purchasing products from them. Sometimes the prices are a bit high, but most items can not be found at a local store. The review of products by customers is very helpful! Their online chat and parenting resource is an excellent place for parenting help in all areas of child raising and care.
