Great online company with a wide product selection!

My husband and I ordered the 2007 Peg Perego Primo Viaggio SIP Car Seat late on Tuesday night and immediately received an email confirmation for our order. The car seat was on sale for 10% less than all other stores and online merchants. Plus, there was no tax or shipping charged so we saved over $50 for just this one item. Although, we received an email confirmation of the order it did not include a notice of the estimated delivery date or tracking number. We figured the order was still being processed. However, much to our surprise the car seat arrived in perfect condition on Thursday (less than 48 hours from when we placed the order) via FedEx.

Admittedly, my husband and I were wary of ordering from this company because of the limited number of recent reviews and the comments made from shoppers who said they did not receive quality customer service. To minimize the potential risk, we chose to order only one item for our first purchase. It was really such a treat to receive the car seat so quickly and now our only regret is that we should have also ordered the other items that we were considering.

Overall, we truly had a great shopping experience and would definitely recommend The Baby Catalog of America to our friends and family.
