I searched online for days before deciding to utilize this store. The cost of the merchandise that I selected was almost $20 less per item (not including tax) than what I would have had to pay in the store nearest me, so I called babycatalog.com and placed my order over the telephone.

The call was answered promptly and I was able to place my order within less than one minute of being connected. I wasn't put on hold at all and the customer service representative was patient, helpful, courteous, and professional.

Although I didn't pay extra for expedited delivery, my package arrived two days after the order was placed. The box was in excellent condition and the merchandise was packaged beautifully. The merchandise was actually cheaper here than all other online stores and I didn't have to pay tax because it was an out-of-state purchase.

This store's selection was comparable to all of the other online stores and they actually carried exactly what I was looking for while most of the other online stores didn't carry both of the items that I wanted.

What I liked most about this store is the fact that you can order directly online or you can order via the telephone. Based upon my experience, I give this establishment the highest rating and highly recommend it.
