It was very easy and I got my purchases quickly. The only issue was that there was some slight damage on one of the car seats when they arrived. I called BabyAge and the offered to either exchange or issue a partial credit to my credit card. It was processed very quickly.

I had a great overall shopping experience at BabyAge. The only thing I would change would be better packing. While the item I ordered arrived in decent shape, if it had been in a smaller box or better yet had had packing materials around it inside the box, it would not have been slightly bent upon arrival.

I have never had worst service...I shop quite a bit on-line and have never had a problem. This was the first and last time I will shop BabyAge.com. I left 4 messages before one was return and at one time I was on hold for 15 min and than transfered to a answering service. Avoid this store at all costs.

I ordered 4 sets of drawer pulls 7 weeks ago and still have not received any of them. They say that half of the order was shipped, but when I go to track it there is no information except that it was in NJ 5 days ago and has not left there. The FULL order was supposed to be delivered to my within 4-6 weeks. Every time I try to call customer service I am on hold for approxamately 10-15 min. every time and then get disconnected. I tried to email customer service and still have not received a reply from them. I am beginning to wonder if I am ever going to get my order or if they just take my money and don't deliver the product.
