This merchant is great, but the 4 to 6 week shipping time is ridiculous! I'd be willing to pay for upgraded shipping, so I guess I'd pay more from another merchant to get the items faster.

Loved the fact Babyage was the only place to get this item in time for our daughters birthday. Her birthday was the 2nd and we received it on the 3rd which was better than any other place! Olny thing I didn't like was having to wait to for an email telling me it shipped. It would have been nice to see what exactly was going on daily if needed. Nice it was a 1 day delivery!

The shopping experience was good. The shipping was fast and I liked the experience for that reason. And I liked that I wasn't charged separate shipping for the UPS ground. The package however arrived open on both short ends of the rectangular shape of the Crib packaging. There were a few minor dings on the piece but I wouldn't return it for that reason as my baby is due this week and I need the crib now. While the instructions were clear, the headboards of the crib were so hard to screw in as the wholes were not well aligned. My husband had to improvise for them to work. Which my be a problem comes to the next stage of converting into toddler bed. The color of the crib is good as I expected and the wood looks as though an expensive piece of wood which is good for those of us that can't afford a $400 and up crib.

The WEB site was clumsy. I was waiting for the package that I paid extra shipping for up until the day of the baby shower. I finally tracked it and it said that it was delivered 2 days prior on my back porch....I don't have a back porch. I had to crawl under a table to get it.

I was not sure why the 2 products shipped separately, and I might have apprecated some explanation, but I did receive shipping notifications, so i knew they would be coming on different days. The first package (crib mirror) came soooo fast! I was very surprised. The activity center came a couple of days later was still on time. Very quick turn-around too...I placed the order and I received shipping info almost immediately. Thanks for good service!

I was happy with this merchant because they offered free shipping. However, when I received my package, it was in a REALLY gross box labeled medical supplies. Then, on the inside, it had some unidentifiable "goo" all over everything. The packing slip was saturated in this goo and it had gotten all over the plastic package containing the changing table covers. At $29 a pop, I figured they would come in better condition. The yuck of the box did not damage the integrity of the item; however, due to the nature of the box (a medical box) unidentifiable substance, I was really grossed out. Other than that, it was a good experience.

My item is on backorder and I was not contacted to let me know. I had to call BabyAge myself and find out that the item is on backorder. I was told then that they would email me with the follow-up information when they find out when I should receive my product.

The shopping experience was wonderful. I found many choices for the product I was shopping for. I do have a problem with the quailty of the product. The support beams for the bed broke on the first night of use. Those could be made with a more quality type of wood.
