I love how reasonable your shipping is and also free shipping with paypal. I did not receive the item as soon as was stated. However it was 4 days later. I called and waa told it would arrive that day and it did. I am just happy I received it way before the holiday since it was a gift. I dont think the shipping time was unreasonable considering its holiday time. Overall very satisfied with my purchase.

The website advertised a Lipper desk, noting that there were two available. I ordered two desks. Over two days later, I received an email that the product was unavailable and a refund would be forthcoming. I responded with a request that I be kept updated on the inventory status as I would very much to like to have this product. I received no response to that email. Baby Age provided no customer support/response and its website is advertising at least one product which it does not have available. This has been a waste of my time and effort, and I will not risk this again. I will not shop with this company again and will share my experience with other busy moms I know. Baby Age's intentions might be good, but the reason we shop online is to save precious time. Honesty is very important to me and I feel Baby Age has either been dishonest or shown simply poor business practices.

They haven't even shipped my order out and my credit card was charged right away. The product was out of stock and hasn't even gotten to the warehouse yet (from what I was told on the phone). They aren't expecting it until Dec. 1st or 2nd. I really don't think that my credit card should have been charged 2 weeks before they even have the shipment in themselves. I hope it will be worth the time and inconveneince. I don't know if I will shop BabyAge again. With my experience so far it might be a no.

Website stated item was in stock and would be shipped that same day. I was notified and given a tracking number however, the item was never shipped. When I inquired, I received a blank email with 'backorder' in the subject line. I was not notified of the backorder status of this item. I needed the item and was not able to order from another website in time because I was expecting it from this site. Very disappointed.

Car seat got here in 2 days, the high chair is on backorder. Merchant is being very co-operative with me. I emailed them and got an answer within 2 days as to the status of the order. The car seat is much better then I expected. I would shop here again. The quality is great, just as good as buying it at a regular store. It is great to be able to find the great deals that I did.

I used them through Amazon to buy a birthday present for my daughter's 4th birthday. They screwed up the delivery, didn't notify me, and I ended up having to buy another gift for her at the last minute. If you need something on time don't use these guys. They suck!

I was very disappointed with my orders from BabyAge. I have been waiting almost six weeks for my first order to be completely sent. The second order came quickly but the car seat went on sale before I even received the one I ordered. When I contacted the company regarding both issues, I did not receive any reply. I contacted them again and was told, in one line, that I would not get a price match on my car seat. I contacted again regarding the toy I have not received and to voice my disappointment with their service. I was told, in two lines, that they will have their warehouse contact me to let me know when my toy will arrive. I am still waiting on that e-mail. I will not use BabyAge again.

I was completely dissatisfied with the amount of time that it took to receive this item. I ordered thinking that it would arrive on time for an important event. The shipping time was completely inadequate for the charges incurred. Then, to find out about the item, noone was able to give me an exact location of my item. I will not be ordering from Baby Age again.

I am very pleased with my purchase. BabyAge had the car seat for a cheaper price shipped to my door than other retailers had it in their store. The only thing that I didn't like was that I had to call to finish my order between 9am and 5pm. My brother bought this for my baby-to-be and used my info so that I could track it. Therefore, BabyAge asked me to call them, so I did during a break from work. Then after waiting on hold, they did not need me to call, but rather they needed by brother to call. Thankfully, he was able to call and the order shipped that day.
