Very bad experience with Baby and Me Boutique! Ordered a baby gift from them and two month later, it still had not been shipped! Every time I called them, I got an answering machine. Had to make several calls over the two month period and each time I got the same story. A woman named Liz would finally call me back with the excuse that she was out of town or that she didn't think she had talked to me before! After two months of this nonsense, I called my credit card company and they refunded my money. Would not recommend ordering from this company!

Terrible experience. Waiting for my order over a month. Won't reply on e-mails. No customer service what so ever. There is no way you can even check the status of your order. They don't send you any confirmation that they received your order. I will not recomend this store to anyone

I had a horrible experience with Babyandmeboutique.com.
I ordered from them in Febuary. Now it is the end of April and still NO stroller!!! On their website, they have no tracking link availible for you to even check on your order. The only way you can check your order is if you email them and ask and of course, that takes forever for a reply. Who knows if they even shipped the stroller. I email them almost everday and they email back a one or two line email saying they will keep looking into it. No refund has been offered...no replacement...nothing! Their customer service has been horrible...very unprofessional...they don't even type in my first name when emailing me...just something like this... "we are still looking into your missing stroller" Horrible horrible website. I should have never taken a chance on a website that had no proper credits. I will NEVER buy from them again...my mom friends were all going to get their Bugaboos from there too but not after this...they just lost out on a HUGE order...maybe if their customer service was a bit better... Don't buy from there unless you want to get screwed over. |

I purchased a stroller from Baby and Me Boutique last March and have recently started experiencing problems with it. Liz in customer service has gone out of her way to work with me and the stroller company to get a replacement. I really appreciate all of her hard work. Most companies would just say too bad. They really care! I would definitely recommend shopping here.

I ordered a print OVER 30 days ago and have yet to receive it. I emailed my concern with no reply so I tried again. This time I did receive a response which was it was being mailed and they were sorry for the delay. I have emailed my concerns once again with no reply. I even left a phone message on the company's recorder. I had tried to leave a message before but the voice mail box was full.
I still have yet to get a true response or my print. I will see how the next 30 days go... Buyer beware! |

Just found out that they're now called babyandmeboutique.com. Asked a question about the Bugaboo Cameleon stroller on fridaynight. Had and answer waiting for me in my mailbox the next morning. Ordered the same saturday and .... get this... had it in the mail on wednesday. Wow!!! I'm not a review writer, but I'd like to tell people about this. It's good to see that there are still internet shops that treat their customers as they should. After many bad experiences it feels like a breath of fresh air. Thank you babyandmeboutique.com!!! |

I've been extremely impressed with the quality of the products that I've ordered from BabyBath Shoppe.com. Particular favorites of mine are the Hooded Towels and Robes. We have multiples of each at home and have even given them as gifts. They've stood up to the test of constant washing, while being attractive to my children. I was a little confused, but now realize that Baby Bath Shoppe has become Baby and Me Boutique. I recently ordered a Crib from them and it came right on time. I like their free shipping with no minimums.
