Online navigation was very easy. Just type the product name in the search menu and press enter. I was very pleased to find out I didn't have to pay shipping on the Skip Hop Via Messenger Diaper Bag plus, I received a mini diaper changer for free!! I had had other problems with another site (Albee Baby) being out of stock(on top of other complaints) so I called the Baby Universe warehouse to make sure they had what I wanted. They were very helpful each time I called, 3 times. The package arrived in 4 days, even with it being a holiday and on the weekend. My only complaint was the box was very damaged. The tape was coming off and the diaper bag was falling out. The shipping department must have not taped it well. The bag, despite being in plastic wrap, looked as if it had been scooted across a dirty floor. As for the mini changer it was in perfect condition. Since I had been wanting the bag for about 2 weeks and having had gone through headaches dealing with the previous company, I didn't mind the dust marks. All In All... very pleased!!! Having a baby on the hip doesn't allow you much time for mistakes. I will be shopping hear again and have already told friends for the quality of product.
