I have shopped on-line at Blairs for at least a couple years because I have difficulty gettaing on a bus.Almost all my clothes are from Blairs. However the last time I shopped in response to getting $3 off an item, I did get messed up somehow and was cut off before submitting my order. I took it as God telling me that I really didn't need any more clothes. What I need to do is give some of my clothes to charity soI can make room in my closet for the ones I have. I love all the clothes I buy from Blairs and have recieved compliments on them. I will buy again

I ordered 3 dresses. The brown gauze dress was not available. The statement that came with the package did not indicate that I would not be charged for that dress. I figured the correct amount would go on my credit card and I think it did. Might be helpful if the statement that comes with the package stated "One item was not available and you will not be charget for it".

I do like shopping with Blair and have been very satisfied with my purchases. There has been only one article that did not fit well. I have kept that article and am having it taylored. Waist was very large compared to the rest of the garment.

One of the sweaters I ordered was cancelled without any explanation at all from Blair. It just showed up on my shipping slip that it was cancelled. This was a disappointment. The sweater I did receive is really nice and arrived on time.

Pants were not as advertised. They were in no way Poplin. They were 100% polyester gaberdine and my mother wanted poplin.

Have been very happy with most products, but received a pair of navy bengaline shorts which were extremely NOT colorfast. I even got the blue on my tshirt just transferring the clothes to the dryer. I intend to request a refund for that product only.

The nightgown is still on back order. It took a week from the time the order was placed online to get notification that it was being shipped. Then it took another 7-10 days to receive it. This will deter me from further ordering from this company. It just takes too long. Other companies are much more prompt with their shipping.

Easy to order from but when you have to send something back it takes a long time to receive a refund and no follow up to know that your return is being processed. Find this a little frustrating. Took almost 3 months and I finally had to call to see if they had rec'd the item back which they had. Otherwise, I have no complaint. Merchandise and price is comparable with other merchants. Just wish they had more USA made clothing.
