I ordered online and received the merchandise in a timely manner. However, the items was way too large, so I returned and am waiting for the exchange to take place. I have received no acknowledgement of the receipt of the merchandise returned, nor have I heard when to expect the merchandise I requested in its place.

I ordered from a catalog that proposed free shipping. However, when I ordered on-line I did not see any place to put the special code letters for that service. I did put the code from the back of the catalog assuming that the merchant would know it was free shipping. Just to be sure, I sent an email informing Blair of this service. I received a very nice reply to my email stating that I would indeed receive free shipping although it might take a little bit of time to achieve that. I greatly appreciated receiving a reply.

Please pay attention to this ---- before ordering this time I checked availability and it showed that the item was available --- so I ordered - when Blair message of product status came it said that the item was backordered - this is a very big important mistake in their merchandising for that item could be months or never before being available. The first jacket I ordered was not in stock. They let me know right away. Quickly cancelled the first order and helped me reorder one that was in stock.

AS I HAVE STATED BEFORE THE SHIPPING FROM THIS COMPANY IS SLOW. I HAVE COMPLAINED BEFORE BUT GIVEN VARIOUS EXCUSES EACH TIME AND TOLD THEY ARE WORKING ON IT. WELL 3 YEARS DOWN THE ROAD IT IS AS BAD AS EVER. I MAY SHOP AGAIN BUT I HAVE TO THINK ABOUT IT TO DETERMINE IF I AM WILLING TO WAIT 2 WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE RECEIVING MY MERCHANDISE.

I like doing business with Blair. I do not order a LOT of merchandise; I prefer shopping where I can see and feel the product. My husband has a hard time finding the right size in pants, but Blair seems to have that size. Several years ago I purchased a jacket for him and the quality and price made me a believer in Blair, so I continue to check their website whenever I'm looking for something specific. I think Blair has good quality items at a reasonable price and have referred several people to them.

Your tall pants are made with a high waist line. The length for a tall person is not in the high wast line it is in the length only. Disappointed in this product.

Using a link provided in e-mail which offered a flat rate of $2.99 shipping, I ordered 5 different pieces of clothing. At check-out, I also used $3 off coupon from catalog I had received. Apparently using the coupon negated my $2.99 shipping because when I printed out my order form AFTER submitting, I found the shipping had jumped to $13.99. Immediately contacted Blair, who responded that it was too late to stop the shipment (hard to believe) and to return the items when received. Next day received e-mail that they had managed to stop the order before shipping. Will shop at this merchant because of low prices, but will not pay this much for shipping, so future sales are questionable!

My order was placed via the web site on 9-09. I was notified that it was shipped on 9-14. On 9-16 it arrived in Dallas, where it sat until I received it on 9-25. The estimated delivery was 9-19. Dallas is approximately a 3 hour drive from my home. I contacted Blair customer service but was told the company had no responsibility for it once it was shipped. It would have to be over 30 days before they would intervene. All in all very frustrating. I'm not sure I will order from your catalog again.
