While the overall experience was very good, there was one battery that I ordered that was out-of-stock. Instead of being sent a battery of higher quality or higher cost, or the item being put on back order, a battery of lesser quality and cost was sent to me in its place. I called the company and was promised that the original battery would be sent when it came in, but I still have not received it. It is a very small item, but it seems to me that it should have been handled better. That said, the shipment arrived within one day of my placing the order which I thought was excellent.

The only concern is that I received an email showing that the package was coming via Post Office mail although I had requested (UPS Ground). I emailed about this but was never contacted. My package came as I ordered it. So, I was a bit confused.

BKM has an extensive selection of battery types, and usually multiple brands and packaging options for each type. Need specialty batteries? Profusion of electronic devices, toys RC remotes, etc. are making "specialty batteries more and more common. Paying $5 at Home Depot for a pair of "N" size alkalines? At BKM, $5 gets you seven "N" alkalnes, and there are even lower prices as quantity goes up. Great selection, easy-to-navigate web site, killer prices, great follow-up and customer service, and on-time shipping. Best on-line battery source I've found in years.

This item waws ordered on 4/8/2009, and I still have not received the battery. I have tried contacting BFM by e-mail twice, but have not received a response from them yet. I would not order from them again and would not recommend them.
