Purchased two toner cartridges. First one worked perfectly well. By the time I installed the second one, many months had passed. The second one proved to be defective.

I contacted BB Office Supply and in a professional and pleasant manner they agreed to send a replacement, even though the 45 day "replacement period" had long since passed.

A totally hassle-free experience. A class act. I will CERTAINLY deal with them again.
