When I compared products with different online shops, then it was Amazon who informed me that there is a newer version of the product I chose available. This information was very helpful and I opted to buy the new version. B&H did not inform me about this. I still bought with B&H as a returning customer.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:

I just installed the unit today, so it's a bit early to tell if I am going to be happy with the product I ordered. This unit is far more complicated to use than my previous one. I am consistently impressed with the experience at B&H. In this case, I needed a lens as soon as possible for an upcoming shoot. The nearest store that had this lens in stock was 70 miles away. I took a chance on B&H and ordered the lens with Next Day delivery. Not only did my lens arrive earlier than expected, but even with the shipping it was cheaper than the competition. I have bought MANY items from B&H and keep returning because they have competitive prices, ship promptly & well packed and gave me a hassle free return the one time I bought a product that didn't my expectations. In these days of increasingly bad customer service with online purchases, I keep coming back to B&H because I've yet to have a single issue besides the headphones I didn't like which wasn't their fault. I don't like gambling on new shops when I can stick with a trusted one that gives good deals too.  I would shop here again	Overall Rating:
