This was the first time I bought anything from B&H. I placed the order on Tuesday night. I received emails confirming the order and was informed that it was to be sent UPS 3-day shipping. I was in the process of tracking the order on Thursday afternoon, only to find that the tracking site was temporarily down for maintenance. But before I could log off the site, I looked out the window only to see the UPS truck rolling down the driveway. I got the merchandise a day early, so I didn't need to track it. All in all, a really good experience, and I probably will buy again from this company.

Ordered 2 boxes of Inkpress Proofing Matte Paper (250 sheets/box) for a large self-promotional mailing. Am a graphic designer. At $0.13/sheet from B&H?can't beat the price versus quality for printing portfolio. Had a little start-up wastage on paper, dialing it in to my Canon Pixma 9000 but once that was done, it's been smooth sailing. (NB: You can get a profile from Inkpress online for this ? I ended up not using it though ? as my own tests done while waiting for the profile yielded better results than the profile provided.) Ordered boxes at different times ? a week apart and had no problem with 2nd box being inconsistent from 1st box. B H has good price, timely delivery and I'll go back again to get more. (Only one minor way Inkpress/B H could improve in packaging the product: an instructional indication that tells the consumer which side of the paper is the printing side.)

The issue I had was with the required VISA authentication at the very end of the transaction. This has been an option before but they required it. I put in the required info and it would not work and asked that I call the card company. I use the credit card all the time. Had to figure out my paypal info which was a huge hassle.
