B&H Photo Video Pro Audio

I ordered an ipod touch for a christmas present. Paid extra for the delivery because they assured me that it would arrive on christmas eve. On the morning of christmas eve, I checked the tracking and it was rescheduled to be delivered on 12/28/09. Then the customer service guy gave me an attitude. This totally messed up my christmas gift plans.

Our purchase was delivered as promised and at a price better than I could find on any other site. I used Epinions.com to check prices / shipping, etc., and when I actually went to the B&H site, their price for my product was actually better than what I had been told by Epinions. I'll definately check with these guys again for any future digital purchase.

I bought a Canon video camera from B&H with a 500$ mail in rebate. The company handling the rebate jacked me around for months, and after repeated contact, told me they had no record of my rebate request. They wore me down to where i gave up after 6 months and never did get the rebate. I will never buy anything from B&H again.

My recent purchase of an HP laptop was my first experience with B&H, but will not be my last. Their price was $250 less than the closest competitor, not including B&H's free shipping. Delivery was excellent. I placed the order on Monday and it was delivered on Thursday by UPS Ground. I had a question before placing my order, so I called B&H customer service and the representative was professional and knowledgable.

I LOVE this store. I boughta Canon 40d from Best Buy before I knew about B&H. So now I have an fairly expensive camera and I need lens and filters. I read about B&H in a camera book. I immediately noticed the prices were cheaper than the local stores. At first I was hesitant because I didn't know about their reputation. I glad I gave them a try, because now I bought a wide angle lens, polarizer for it, and a flash. We even had a question about which polarizer to buy, because we weren't familiar with the term, we called and they answered quickly and explained the term and which lens to buy. Great CS.
The shipping is quick, and inexpensive, usually free, but I upgrade for about $5 and get it even quicker. I'm buying all my camera equipment from them from now on.
Oh, and I bought my video editing software from there too, cheapest price I found on that too.
If you are on the fence give them a try.

On 10/20/2009 I ordered business card scanning software for my company from B&H.  At the time I placed my order the website indicated it could take a full 7 to 14 business days to process my order.  About 14 business days after my order I called B&H customer service to check the status.  The gentleman who answered indicated the software was to be drop shipped from the manufacturer.  He said he would follow-up with the manufacturer and get back to me.  He never called or emailed me with the status of my order.  Today is 11/25/2009 I FINALLY received an email stating my order has now been shipped from the manufacturer, more than a month after I placed my order.  Next time I will make sure I do not order from B&H!
