So I placed an order exactly one week ago. I don't urgently need it, but would like it as soon as possible. After calling and receiving an answering service, I left my name and order number and awaited a response.

I noticed in their online order status check that, as expected, they did receive my payment, but there was no shipping information. I suspected that some of the reviews I read must be true.

I will follow up on this drama as it unfolds... word of advice to AWS -- improve your practices, since some of us know how to spread vendor criticisms in much more damaging ways.

But hey, you've got a few more days to come through before I go that route.

Excellent. Was e-mailed with all updates through the order process and after shipping. Tracking information was supplied within 48 hours. I am a Canadian customer, received my order with 7 business days and would certainly purchase from AWS Wireless again.

This is about my first and last order from AWS. I ordered a $20 item that was listed "in stock". I paid an additional $13 for 3 day shipping to make sure it would be here by Christmas. It still may get here in time but the experience has been frustrating   Read full review...

Terribly slow delivery (took 12 days from immediate payment using PAYPAL) -determined why: AWS Wireless ordered the items that I ordered through ANOTHER cellular accessories provider to then ship to me!

I inquired/called several times during that 12 day period asking why was my order "PROCESSING" as listed on their website and was lied to saying it had shipped, but, they couldn't give me a tracking number or when it had shipped, until the day it finally shipped (from the other company they had put my order in to).

On top of all this, they had listed the items I ordered as "IN STOCK" when I placed the order, which is WHY I ordered through AWS Wireless since I didn't want to order from a company that would have to order the items!

Will never deal with these clowns again and recommend anyone else to avoid as well.
