Overall the experience was excellent. My only problem is with shipping charges. They did not offer USPS service which would have been cheaper with the "If It Fits It Ships for One Low Price." I feel the shipping charges were excessive and in the future I will try to purchase the products locally to save the shipping charges which were 25% of the total order. I feel this is very excessive.

I thought the shipping cost was rather high since it cost almost as much to ship a packet of labels as the labels themselves. However, I needed these specific labels and could not find them locally. I had to order them and pay the high shipping cost. A lower shipping cost option would be nice. I didn't need them as fast as I received them, but had no other choice. I love Avery products and they are all I buy.

Did not have sufficient quantity in stock. I asked for additional quantity to be shipped when available and the shipping cost to be reduced. This was ignored. I was able to get the product elsewhere for a much lower price.

The web site made it look like the purchase would receive FREE SHIPPING so I placed the order because the price was better than my local distributor but, it was not free shipping and I ended up paying about 17% more for my labels than if I had purchased them locally. Also it took 2 weeks for the shipment to get here, that's totally unacceptable!

I purchased 5 boxes of item # 5660 at a reasonable sale price. When I tried to order additional amount the web site said they had more stock. Each time I tried to purchase more they were not in stock. I try this for at least 10 more days. Somehow no one is updating their stock. So they missed an opportunity for more sales.

This was the only online merchant with desired product. Could not find local dealer who carried desired item. Disappointed with full/higher price, shipping charges, taxes, without any type of online discount available after extensive search on promotion incentive websites. Attempt was also made to find any local dealer who sold this particular item. Avery site does not provide online information that can locate a dealer in or around the area for a less costly purchase option. Probably will buy from Avery again, unless comparable product is located for a more reasonable purchase price.
