I love the website. It is hard for this 6' tall woman with wide hips to find cloths that fit correctly. I do have an Avenue store in my area but I find it easier to log in at home. I am a SAHM so the online makes it easy. I do get 6% cash back through a online service which is more of an incentive.

The cloths are of good quality and the prices are fair. I actually think $50 for a skirt not from Macys or Neiman Marcus is expensive. They do have a good selection of cloths, accessories and shoes.

I have problems with their ordering system. The first order, their computers screwed up on the shipping. I entered express shipping and their website reported it as regular shipping. I needed the item rather quickly and had to order it again with express shipping. When the original item was returned with the explanation of why and requesting a full refund, I was not reimbursed for the shipping.

I ordered another outfit that I need in a week. I ordered in enough time not needing the express shipping. We are about to move. I put my regular billing address and my husbands work address as my shipping. Lo and behold, Avenue.com ran the credit card with the address of my husbands employer and it was declined. I received the call 2 days later. After I straightened it out, Avenue.com told me that I better upgrade to fast shipment. I was charged rush because of their mistake.

If they refuse to refund the difference on this shipping, I am contacting my states attorney general. There is no reason why I should continue to pay for their computer system mistake.

I have found online coupons for 20% off easily. I have also found other deals for this website easily. You will never have to pay full price (or your basic shipping is free).
