I've shopped previously and was satisfied with the encounter but my last purchase leaves a lot to be desired. The program downloaded and installed accordingly and asked me to register by invoking license name and serial number, I complied and given indication criteria was met and directed to it's web site. Once there no direction as to how to register so I'm unable to utilize the program. I emailed tech support who in turn emails me back stating they maintain in their own words a "specialized team" to handle these types of problems instead of forwarding my complaint to these specialist. Based on whether or not my issues are resolved I will be awfully hesitant in the future with this vendor.

Received downloaded version almost immediately after online order was completed. However;was not able to complete registration and start-up for several days. Several attempts to phone the help line were unsuccessful.
