Purchased side window Vent Visors, EGR brand. Broke one attempting installation, called Auto anything and they said the one I broke would be sent.  Never came, called again and was told no record existed of my claim so they passed me to their supplier who took care of the problem right way and did not even charge me a dime..

Upon unpacking the other 3 visors I already had in my possession from the original order the day my drivers side front arrived from the supplier to AutoAnything, I found the Right/Rear to be broke already, [the rears are easily installed and are never broken in the attempt to do so]  called Auto Anything and after about a week and a few contact attempts was told I would have to buy the one that already was broken and pay for shipping too... I "dropped" them and told them I prefer to cut my losses early and won't be spending any more of my 2000 dollar budget set asside to personalize my new HHR.

I don't recommend them and wish I had researched them prior to doing business with them because now I find much of the same type complaint from so many others that it would have deterred me from doing any business with them at all..

They are just a ''Drop Ship'' company anyway, they send your order to a real company with inventory etc. and just take their profit from there using your money to pay for the visors from the other company.

Eliminate the middleman here and find a company with inventory and the ability to make reasonable customer service decisions .
