Horrible, Horrible, Horrible.
I have been doing business online for years and had my share of ups and downs but never have I experienced a worse situation with such a large and established company.
First you have to wait 24-48 hours for shipment notification. Seems a little long but the worst is yet to come....
after 6 days, I still received no notification of my shipment. After repeated calls and emails (all the peoples were polite) no one could tell me anything. Emails were responded to with the same message " please wait 24-48 hours for shipment notification". That was a full 10 days after I placed the order! Call after call, email after email, it was as if they totally did not understand that I placed my hours 240 hours ago!
Still dont have my order. I simply ordered replacement brake rotors, nothing special or custom made.
Do yourself a big favor. Just order it from someone else. I saved myself a whopping $20 and if I had any idea it was going to be like this, I would have paid an additional $50 to someone else.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING TO ADD SOME STRESS AND FRUSTRATION TO YOUR LIFE!
