My shopping experience was fine, it was after the fact that was bad! I received my Tonneau cover as stated in 6 days. The box was re-taped and looked like it had been damaged. I contacted AutoAnything and they had the manufacturer contact me who stated that this was a UPS issue and I could not get the rest of my parts until the claim was filed. I again contacted AutoAnything who was able to get the parts shipped out, here again they 1st gave me the wrong tracking # then the item was missing and they were going to do a track on it which takes 5-10days. I was again told by AutoAnything that this is not thier fault and I will get my parts when I get them, appearantly UPS in my area isnt very good!
I did finally receive my parts after 16 days, they were used and looked like they came off of a floor model.
Here is my problem, I am the consumer and was made to feel like I did something wrong from both parties. If AutoAnything is a drop ship web based company then they still need to take responsibility for problems, I paid them not the manufacturer of the product!
Customer service seems to be non existant if you only have to deal with people via e-mail and telephone, I was never offered any concession or an apology just wait till it gets there and its not our fault!
