Over past two years I've bought all new clubs,bag and a SkyCaddie from the Austads in Maplewood and found their sevcice and selection excellent.The only reason I bought the golf balls on line, was I couldn't see driving thirty miles to get two dozen golf balls.

When I received my golf club shipment instead of the new irons(Tour Edge graphite RH) that I ordered a LH Taylormade driver arrived. The UPS label indicated 8(lbs), but the total box weighed less than 1(lb). Shouldn't that one indicator alerted the packer that something was wrong? I called Austad's the day I received the package(5/16)and again on (5/17) when the other packages arrived. The fairway woods(Tour Edge) arrived on (5/17) with no "head covers" and we not "factory new". Both were from the showroom floor and showed signs of customer handling. In fact the #3 wood did not have shrink wrap plastic on the head or the grip. While customer service promised to correct all problems to this day(5/21) no replacement package, phone call, or e-mail with tracking info has been received. Maybe tomorrow.

My original order was for a set of Tour Edge clubs and a Tour Edge Bag to match. Somehow ( my mistake or not) I received expedited shipping for an additonal $25. Then the clubs were out of stock and the bag was shipped for the higher charge instead of the free shipping. I was never informed of the out of stock prior to or after shipment until I received the merchandise. When I reordered another set of clubs I did not received the addtional 15% that was avaialble initially. Then the tracking did not work on the second shipment and it took 4 phone calls to ID the shipping. Thank You Jim Rock

I'm new to Austads and will definately be buying more products in the future because of your great service, great sales, and great quality. The only problem I encountered with this whole experience was when I tried to order online and hit the submit button twice, I then had 2 holds on my bank account for the 1 item. Not to worry, the charges disappeared after a few days and I placed my order again. Everything was wonderful and your staff was very knowledgable and treated me like gold. It is easy to find what I am looking for. They should have a link to wish list on every page. When adding items from my wish list to cart I had to keep navigating several pages to select more than one item. I had to repeat the process for each item. It would have been easier if I can select all items from wish list that I wanted to move to cart in one step.

I bought the merchandise on a Saturday night and recieved the order on Wednesday. I was very pleased with the speed of the delivery and the condition the merchandise was in. I will definitely shop here again.
