Aubuchon Hardware

I recently shopped at the Allenstown, NH store and was impressed with the time the manager Ken spent with me on picking and matching paint colors for my project as well as some other small items I needed for around the house.  I even found a car charger for my iPhone which I needed at a great price as well (didn't expect to find that there!)  Very clean store, easy parking too.  The colors I needed for paint were perfectly matched and the service was great, will definitely go back!

I needed a bigger heavy duty thermos with a handle and found it here. Only wish it had a white interior so I could see mold, mildew, etc.

The only place I could find colored contact paper! Seriously! The people at Lowe's and Home Depot just looked at me like I was an alien when I tried to describe it. If I were you, I would stock up on more colors--you can use contact paper to make those popular wall stickers on your own, for much cheaper than merchants offer them. I used the black chalboard paper to put up a beautiful world map on my wall--I love it. Thanks for a great product and smooth transaction.

I had found this item in several catalogs I received and wanted to purchase it for my husband. Before ordering, I googled the item and found it at Aubuchon for $10 less! I did not track the item as I normally do for the simple reason it showed up in the few business days as stated when the order was placed. I will definitely be shopping here again!

My order was made on 5/19/08. I checked the web site repeatedly and there was never any mention of shipping. I called the help line and was told that it was "in process" The next time I checked the web site my order had been cancelled! I again called and on 6/2/08 I received a return call and supposedly the order will be sent tomorrow, I never cancelled the order and do not understand how this could happen. The person who called me on 6/2/08 was very helpfil and polite, I believe her name was Alise. Hopefully the mirrors will arrive soon.

I called to confirm that the product was capapble of receiving a 12 gage wire in the hole in the back of the unit. She said yes. When I received the units they didnot have a hole in the back big enough for the 12 gage wire. I was not happy. I have units made by the same company(cooper) that were capable of receiving the 12 gage wire in the hole in the back of the unit. I guess she was reading the unit specs, but they are very misleading to her and to me. Again, not happy.

I ordered 4 jars of the wrights copper pot cleaner and received only 3. I emailed customer service and they promptly responded and agreed to mail out the missing jar. I am awaiting to receive it. I did however use the product and I am very very pleased with how well it works. I will continue to order this product. DPT

The website was very easy to navigate. I originally did a search for can crushers, & many sites came up. I checked others, but Aubuchon was the best. Looking around at other products, I found good & descriptive information also. Will definately order in the future.

I had looked all over the internet and AUBUCHON Hardware had the easiest web site to locate what ever product that you needed , I bought the multi-can crusher because the one that my father had I had gotten from LOWES when I worked there . I went back to all the stores to see if I could order another crusher like he had but no one even had a cataloge that showed one. So I got on the internet and looked up multi can crushers and looked at most of the web sites but the only one that had the crusher was Aubuchon. Great website gave the site information to my sister-in-law that lives near my father so she could show him all the products that they offered. this is one website I will be back on in the future..
