I placed an order over the phone last Thursday. It still has not arrived yet nor have I received any tracking number. The first time I called to check the status of the order (Wed Dec3) a lady said for some reason the order has not left yet even though it is still in stock and she said she would upgrade the shipping to overnight for free and it will here Friday Dec 5. Nothing came in on friday and I called in and the representative had no clue what was going on and just told me to hold and then hung up. I have called you guys about 7-10 times and each time a representative tells me something different. Also each time I call they tell me to hold while they look into it and while I am holding I get transferred to a answering machine telling me to leave a message with my information. I have left my information many times but was never followed up. This is the worst retail experience I have ever had.  I am just at a point where I don't not even want the watch anymore just want my refund. I have wasted soo much time and energy trying to get in contact with ashford.com
