I'm still waiting for replies to 2 e-mails! I have not received the long sleeved black tee. But my checking account has been billed for it!

The product that I ordered from the company was out of stock, therefore delaying the processing of my order. I had to contact the company myself to inquire on the late status of the order instead of them informing me of it's delay ahead of time. Hence, I recieved the order too late to give as Christmas presents and had to scramble to find replacements at the last minute. I will be returning the order.

i would like more information on the website, with the different t-shirts photographed on real people. My order was swiftly printed and shipped, but then it took 10 days (8 business days) before I received it, rather bad treated in the mail. That's not exactly ArtApart's fault, and they were quick to respond to my enquiries about my order, but I'm still not impressed with my overall experience, and the quality of the t-shirts is not very good. I've shopped online at Amazon (which is allright) and Bluefly (which I find very good).

I had a real problem with this company. I ordered a shirt and the heat-pressed it on, a lot larger than I told them to. The whole shirt was horrible so I told them and they said I can not have a refund but if I paid to ship it back they would print me another. So I went with that and I sent them a smaller image and told them the exact size and placement and instead they put it on the pocket. Now I use the shirt to clean my bathroom. What a waste of about $40.

I was very dissappointed that I was basically forced tp cancel my order. The web site advertised a 2-3 day process and when I emailed them asking where my product was they said it was not done, but still being processed. There appeared to be delays that were not "unpredictable", but in fact very predictable on their part. They knew there would be delays due to their equipment and training of their employees etc) but neglected to inform me. They also could not give me an idea of when it would be completed. Since it seemed that I could not get my order on time I had to cancel and take my business elsewhere. They did give me a full refund, but since I had to end up putting in an order to another place, and do it last minute it ended up costing me about twice what I originally intended.

The service is terrible. They don't answer e-mails and have no phone. I don't know if I'll ever receive the item I ordered. Their promise of 48 hours to print a shirt is a lie.

I downloaded my picture and it was fuzzy on my tank top and on my web page so I took it off my web site.I have used this picture on other t-shirts from other shops and it looks great.I can't believe they sent me this bad shirt.

The printing process that this T-shirt printing company uses is nothing more than a CHEAP iron on that you can purchase at Walmart and do yourself for much less that what they charge. In addition, they have NO number for customer service listed at their website, a response takes several days through an email system and when you get the response it is a generalized answer for your specific problem. The prints were falling off the shirt when it arrived and what wasn't falling off was melted and deformed. The colors were not calibrated either. what was blue when sent in was green when it got here. This is hot the place to get your shirts folks!

Ordered as a Christmas present, well within their time limit as described on theif site. Never received product, and was not able to get any kind of assistance via Email. I was pretty much left to the wolves from this on-line merchant.

Screeening on shirts is piss poor. Graphics were sent in clear and printed cloudy and faded. A true waste of money using this company.
