The print was damaged. It looked like this was done at the shipping end because the print was rolled to tightly and creased. I was given a replacement free of charge and it was send to me in good time.

It took 4 emails & 3 ph.calls to get a picture off my email & mailing address which I did not order no did I know the person sending it to me. I spoke with 1 out of 3 order takers who knew what they were doing. One refused to let me speak with a cust. service person. In my emails I requested someone to call me, which did not occur & now I get this survey. You're too big with the number of people working at the customer level -- you literally do not have any customer service---& I was only trying to help one of your customers by not receiving a picture from them.

The print of the picture I ordereg is great. It was everythingI expected. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the materials that were used to create a frame. I could have gotten a better deal and better meaterals at a local frame store. In fact, I did bring in my product to a local store and they thought I paid too much for what I bought from Art.com. The biggest disappointment about my order is the glass. I paid a lot for it, and it's really cheap quality. It is really just plastic, and I wish that the online store would've indicated that much. Absolutely disappointing!

I returned one of the two tapestries I bought. I paid $20 to return it by priority mail. The USPS tried to deliver it on Friday morning and left a notice. As of Monday night, Art.com had not picked it up or responded to USPS regarding delivery. I sent customer service an email and have had no response.

I was very dissatisfied with my purchase. The matting was not the color I ordered. The glass was plexi-glass and not even the right size for the frames. They kept popping out the front of the frame. I am also disappointed that I have to do extra work to return the frame with the wrong color matting back to Art.com when it was the company's mistake, not mine.

I had to send-back my initial framed print, as it was delivered damaged (cracked glass and chipped frame.) It was not packaged appropriately.
But I contacted the service #, and I was so impressed with the help I received, and the notes the woman took, and the time and care to ensure the new framed print would be packaged securely. UPS even made a pick-up of the damaged product. And I received the new framed print in 4 days. Truly a wonderful experience.
