This was my second experience shopping at Art.com and it was better. The first time my item was damaged and receiving return shipping help was painfully difficult. The only complaint I have about this merchant is the amount of spam mail they continually send. I wish they would stop that. Even if you update your preferences they still send spam mail every week.

Your website is very easy to use but its hard to buy art over the internet when you really can't see the finished product. The service as well as the response to my problem was very timely, however I believe the quality of your products needs improvement.

There needs to be more shipping options available and clarify with the customer how long it will take for their chosen delivery method. They should only offer shipping methods that allow for tracing the packages. They currently have no tracking methods available to see where your parcel is once it has left there hands. I placed my order but would have thought that for the $25 shipping fee that it would have been sent using an express (Purolator/Fedex) service. Instead it was sent with regular ground mail and took 12 business days to arrive. That is simply not acceptable in todays marketplace. The posters came late and completely missed the event they were purchased for.

I had questions about a picture and they were answered quickly. The only thing I found frustrating is that once I got to a photo and needed to get back to where I had just been, the website did not take me there. I had to search again to find out where I had been. I'm not sure if there are features on the site to navigate it better in this regard but they were not easily accessible. Overall, my experience was quite satisfactory though! Thank you!

You had better read and then re-read every line in their order form or you will be signed up and then billed every month for a worthless "rewards program" which is an obvious rip-off. I just wanted to buy something to hang on the wall, not get useless magazines and be scammed out of $10 every month. |
