I had placed an order with aromaboutique.com, an affiliate of eFume.com They appeared to have a wide selection of items at very reasonable prices. I found two items that I had been wanting for a very long time.

I was told via email that a certain item was out of stock but given the option of getting another bottle size. I replied to the email and said that was okay. I received no response to this email. Three days later, I emailed again, with no response. I waited 2 weeks, and still no response from aromaboutique. I checked online and could not find a contact phone number. The online customer service form was not working, too.

I sent two emails: one to cs@aromaboutique.com (customer service) and one to info@aromaboutique.com (general info) and still have not received any response. At this point, I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charge. This is unacceptable customer service, and will not hesitate to spread the word. I hope that aromaboutique will answer my inquiries soon so I do not have to take adverse action

The website could stand more pictures of the products because I wanted to purchase essence de femme - which is what I searched for - but I ended up with femme, and the entire mistake cost ME additional shipping fees.
