Arcadian Lighting

The initial contact was ok, and the prices fair. But no indication of order tracking until weeks later after I inquired. Also, I may add that they have put a very bad taste in my mouth with a recent "Sale" the davertised 15% off, and the same trims I ordered only weeks before were raised 20% - that stinks! Some sale, I bought the same fixture at Elights for their original price! Some 110% guarantee, would not shop an unscrupulous company like this again. PS - this was a $2500.00 order!!! So was the Elights order!

Wow - I put in an order on June 24th and my product still hasnt shipped and it is July 8th.  Arcadian has since called and offered to comp three day shipping.  Much appreciated and made the experience much better for me.

One light shade was flawed when it arrived but Arcadian was very prompt in sending a new one and did not ask for me to return the old one which would have required postage at one end or the other. They simply trusted my judgement that the fixture needed to be replaced and were very timely and cordial in all our exchanges.

all was great except 1 lamp did not work and 1 bulb arrived cracked. only was to return was by email and i never got a response x 2 then they said past the 2 week deadline for returns. spent almost $1000 wanted to return for replacement parts $40, seemed chintzy on the follow-up

The first lamp I received was defective. I immediately contacted the company, and was provided with a replacement lamp, at their expense. The manufacturer, Hunter Kenroy, did not want me to ship the defective lamp back to them, so that saved me money and time, which I think is very good customer service. I will definitely purchase from Arcadian again. You just don't get good customer service like that these days...

Arcadian Lighting had a comparable price on the Quoizel lighting that I desired, but they had coupon codes available that made them the best price online, so I purchased from them. Arcadian Lighting called the next day to make sure that I intended to order two of the same lamp using two separate orders (I did this to use one coupon per lamp), since it appeared that I may have acidentally double-ordered the lamp. This was great customer service. The lights were backordered, but they arrived by the estimated ship date in excellent condition. I would definitely buy from Arcadian Lighting again.

The nora pendent (sean) that I order did not indicate the housing for the light came in brushed nickel and copper it simply showed the listing as S for silver. There should be an additional pull down menu after the user has selected the type of cord or unit (low voltage or straight line) to select between the various color options. Nora sent the wrong type but your people got right on it and I was able to get the brushed nickel without a problem. So your sales and customer service was very helpful and prompt in getting the proper mounting. Overall, I was very happy with the service you provided.
