I requested the products within 1 week because of a deadline, and Arcadia came through. I actually received the items within 4 days. Very unexpected, but very much appreciated. Great shipping time, great products, and I will definitely use this merchant again.

We first saw this light fixture in a local upscale lighting store. It listed for approx $240, PLUS they didn't have it in stock and would have charged us shipping and tax, bringing the total price to almost $300. We recd FREE shipping from Arcadian plus an additional 5% discount as new customers, so saved at least $120. The fixture arrived well packaged, in perfect condition, in about 2 weeks. The local vendor couldn't promise sooner than 6 to 8 weeks delivery and warned us that there would be a MINIMUM 25% restocking fee if we weren't happy with the light. Needless to say, Arcadian will be our first choice from now on!!!

The delivery was quick, but I received a different lamp from the one I ordered. Perhaps the new lamp was a replacement for the one I had ordered. No, I did not complain, or attempt to reach anyone about the change.

Fan advertised and I ordered was not available. Order total exceeded coupon threshold I had, but when I needed to exchange a remote control, coupon value was reduced. Poor follow up on returned merchandise credit. Nice overall selection.

I ordered 3 ceiling-light fixtures. One was on back-order but two were shipped immediately and I would rate the whole process as excellent. The third fixture arrived later but the globe was broken. I called Arcadian, was treated very nicely, and was told that a replacement globe would be sent within 24-48 hours. I haven't received it yet but there has not been sufficient time. However, if they follow through as promised I would say that the whole experience was excellent and I would shop at Arcadian again.

Tracking just let us know when it was expected to ship rather than when it left and where it was in its progress. Arcadian wasn't to blame, but the screws to attach the light were too short and we had to purchase new ones, which meant the knobs that were to go on the screws given were no longer useable. Since they were hidden, it doesn't really matter except it was a nice finishing touch.

Although the first product I selected was not available, I was swiftly notified of this and provided with a small discount on my subsequent purchase. The phone contact was clear and simple and the website was a joy to utilize. I installed the product with ease and am very pleased with it, and with my entire shopping experience!

The initial contact was ok, and the prices fair. But no indication of order tracking until weeks later after I inquired. Also, I may add that they have put a very bad taste in my mouth with a recent "Sale" the davertised 15% off, and the same trims I ordered only weeks before were raised 20% - that stinks! Some sale, I bought the same fixture at Elights for their original price! Some 110% guarantee, would not shop an unscrupulous company like this again. PS - this was a $2500.00 order!!! So was the Elights order!

Wow - I put in an order on June 24th and my product still hasnt shipped and it is July 8th.  Arcadian has since called and offered to comp three day shipping.  Much appreciated and made the experience much better for me.

One light shade was flawed when it arrived but Arcadian was very prompt in sending a new one and did not ask for me to return the old one which would have required postage at one end or the other. They simply trusted my judgement that the fixture needed to be replaced and were very timely and cordial in all our exchanges.

all was great except 1 lamp did not work and 1 bulb arrived cracked. only was to return was by email and i never got a response x 2 then they said past the 2 week deadline for returns. spent almost $1000 wanted to return for replacement parts $40, seemed chintzy on the follow-up
