It was a pleasure to shop at Arcadian Lighting. They had the exact Meyda Tiffany lamp #'s I wanted, at the price I wanted; I received the lamps ahead of schedule and in good condition. Buying online doesn't get better than this. When I'm ready to add more art-glass lamps to my collection I'll be contacting Arcadian again.

Ordered a lamp in March. Credit card billed. Then received e-mail that lamp was not in stock and wouldn't be available until June. Merchandize generally appears overpriced for cheap imports. This is no way to run a business.

Arcadian did a fine job of the transaction. The lamp arrived on time, however small pieces fell off during shipping; these were easily reattached with glue. My only complaint was that the lamp differed in color from the online photo. It was much greener than it appeared in the picture. I felt dissapointed by this difference, but decided to keep it anyway.

The photo cell went bad on my outdoor lamp and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. Great company!

Our packages arrived in after a few weeks as promised. THey were well packaged and arrived in good condition. The two fixtures did have different chains and ceiling plates but they're in different rooms and look great. I appreciated the savings by ordering them from Arcadian - saved over $1000 from buying them at a local lighting store.

Overall the shopping experience was excellent. The two lamps were shipped directly from the manufacturer. One of the lamps had several chips in the finish. The customer service people at Arcadian Lighting handled the problem quickly and professionally. They had an excellent relationship with the manufacturer and a new lamp was shipped immediately even before the damaged one was returned. The new lamp arrived in two days and the next day UPS came by to pick up the damaged lamp. Everything went smooth as silk. We were delighted with Aracadian Lighting and their customer service.

I received the chandelier and it was broken. Arcadian promptly sent out a replacement. I am still waiting for the electrician to install the replacement fixture, as I had to wait for the new one to arrive before making the appointment and that brought it into his busy holiday season. I am assuming the replacement is ok. I would purchase from Arcadian again.

At Arcadian, I found a lamp I had been searching for, at the lowest price on the Web--and for dramatically less than at my local retailer. Delivery was also exceptionally prompt, with shipment tracking. I was so delighted with the lamp, the price, and the whole experience that I returned to purchase another one! This is now my preferred distributor -- even if I were to spot a product somewhere else for a little less.

One item was received defective. Contacted Arcadian by telephone, and was promised a replacment. No replacement arrived for several weeks. Telephoned Arcadian a second time, and was promised a replacement again, and I'm still waiting for its arrival.

Fixture had broken corner, which I repaired rather than return. This did not relate to Arcadian Lighting, but rather the manufacturer and packing for shipping. Overall, good communication and experience shopping with Arcadian.

We had previously bought a set of lamps from another .com, and ended up with two broken, not matching lamps. So we were hesitant to try again. HOWEVER, Arcadian Lighting was a dream! Everything was perfect, their website is easy to maneuver, their prices are the best (we compared), they respond very quickly to emails, and the lamps arrived in a timely manner and are beautiful. We would buy from this store again, and highly suggest it to anyone.

Do note,the light purchased, has yet to be installed, since it will be placed in a new kitchen restoration, which is in process,however, it arrived, as expected and in good condition,and looked as I had hoped. I did make 2 phone calls prior to my on line order, and both times, my questions were handled most professionally, and pleasantly, and both times my questions were answered. You and your staff are to be commended....I am dealing with many companies at this time, and some with difficulty, or less than ideal service, so, it was a pleasure doing business with Arcadian Lighting!!!
