i would purchase from this supplier only if their products were specified. I had to return a few bollards as they did not work. This caused delay in finishing the project by our deadline.

Although Arcadian seems to have the best selection available in lamps that I prefer, I do not know if I would use them again. If I could purchase the same item for approximately the same price from a different merchant, I would do that. It was several days before the company informed me that they actually had the product and would send it. Another item I attempted to purchase was plagued by delays, many months, so I cancelled the order. If an item is not available, it should not be listed - that, or a statement should be added to its listing stating that the item is not currently available but will be by a certain date. The unexpected delays were quite frustrating.

I ordered several light fixtures over the space of a few months. One was on backorder, but the remainder were delivered promptly. All fixtures were of excellent quality and reasonably priced.

The hole drilled in the glass globe (to connect to the pendant electrical) was slightly off-center..... it is OK, just not perfect.

I was called by Arcadian Lighting when I first purchased my ceiling fan on line. In error I ordered one that works on a 220 line. If the young lady I spoke with did not catch that and call me, I would have had to return it for a 110 line. She saved me a lot of trouble. Definetly order from this company again. The product is great and the service is even better. Thank you,

I was disappointed that the lamp I purchased had a dent in it when it arrived. I decided to keep it in order to avoid the hassle of a return.

Wrong items were sent the first time but service personnel were helpful, courteous and clear. The correct items arrived almost before I could pack up and return the first ones. Overall, I would still shop with Arcadian; their service is great and their prices are excellent.

A major piece, the glass cover of the halogen bulb came broken, but they only give you 7 days to contact them about broken pieces. It took more than 7 days to arrange for the electrician to come out and install it. Fortunately he was able to use the cover from the fixture being replaced...that fixture-the exact same one, came with a broken connection and never worked properly, but it was months before the remodeled bathroom was ready for the fixture to be installed and at that point I couldn't get a replacement or complain. Arcadian Lighting was fine with the order, but this is the 2nd time that this style fixture had something wrong with it. The manufacturer is getting away from their responsibility.

It took longer than anticipated to get the light fixture, due to snow closures at the plant. Arcadian staff was very helpful in tracking down the fixture and determining delivery date. Fixture arrived in excellent shape, was relatively easy to install, and looks gorgeous. We are very pleased and would buy from them again.

The lamp shade looks nothing like the online picture. Extremely cheap... Base was fine and arrived in good condition. Could not send back because my husband accidentally thru away original box. Will not order from you again because of this.

I bought a quartz floor lamp.  Arcadian shipped it within a few days - very quick.  The lamp had a weak breaker and would "tripp-off".  I notified Arcadian - they contacted me immediately - they replaced the lamp.  I have never had such prompt attention to a problem from an internet sale.  I give them A+ for customer satisfaction.

The light we purchased was beautiful , but when we went to purchase the matching lights to finish out our kitchen, they were discontinued. This is not the fault of Arcadian, but it really sucks that we have only one new light in the kitchen and have to begin a whole new design idea for that room.

The website was easy to navigate, the purchasing process was simple, the tracking information was easy to use, the product arrived on time and it was well packaged. The only discrepancy was that one of the screws in the assembly package was the wrong size and required a replacement--easy.

I needed a longer chain for my chandelier than the one that came with the it. Your customer service rep "Juniah" was such a joy to deal with. There were a few glitches until the correct chain was sent but she followed through promptly with every request. Because of her, I will consider purchasing more items from Arcadian. Fran Wenzel
