I will admit, if it seems too good to be true, it was! I saw a Tigershark Pool Cleaner pictured with a cart for $699.99 with a rather confusing description accompanying it on their site. Not being sure what was included I asked their "Live Help" line and was told that the order would be as pictured, so I jumped on it and placed my order.

Needless to say, it was not as pictured and not even the same product. What I received was a commercial style cleaning head that needed a car battery and attached to a skimmer pole. I contacted this merchant immediately in hopes of clearing this up before the 4th of July...... That was in the beginning of June and it is now the middle of July! I offered to pay the difference between what I got and what I though I was ordering and yet this merchant has ignored my Return request.

At this point, I'm done! I want my money back and I will never shop with AQUASUPERSTORE.COM again.

The box that the item was in says that there are recipes enclosed. There were no recipes. Have not had a chance to try the item yet to see if it works.

Although AquaSuperStore has a convenient "live help" line, it's very rarely available and when it is it's not very efficient. All I've requested is the status of my order and I'm told both on the telephone and online that, "I am sorry I do not handle the tracking and we are very under staffed today". Horrible experience and ironically the reason I ordered from AquaSuperStore is because they told me they had the merchandise in stock. I'm about one day from challenging the charge!

If your a pool owner, bookmark Aquasuperestore! They are very helpful, offer low prices, and receive tracking information quickly. Thats something you cant say about them other Rinky Dink Pool Stores who dont even pick up their phones or even offer Live Chat support. They also send me coupons for being a repeat customer!

on 12-22-08 I ordered a yard fountain and 2 weeks later when I received it it was nothing as pictured and less than half the size as stated.  The one I was sent belonged on a desk it was so small- I could have bought it at the dollar store. Very dissapointed with customer service when I called to ask where my 400.00 dollar fountain was.  I was on hold for over a half hour and got transfered 3 times! My credit card finally showed a refund over a week later and they refused to pay the shipping cost to ship the fountain I received back

I stumble upon Aquasuperstore's website a few years ago through a Bizrate search while shopping for a Pool cleaner, gave them a call and their customer service was very friendly and knowledgable when recommending a cleaner for my needs. The transaction was painless, my order shipped out the very next morning. I have been shopping with them ever since. What I love the most is their low prices of course...even when I found an item cheaper somewhere else I simply called them and they not only matched the price but beat it. I dont even bother with my local pool store anymore because Aqua beats their prices even when you count in the shipping costs, PLUS they actually want to help you. I couldnt really ask for more.  All-Around great store.

All I can say is wow. They have such a wide varity of items and easy ways to find excatly what I was looking for. The lowest price I was able to find online. Had to contact customer serivce once, and the person was very helpful in answering my question. I will definitly be back for a safty cover and back in the spring when the hot weather comes back.

The website was very user friendly and customer service was very helpful in helping me pick which pool cleaner to get. They gave me very clear precise information on the different cleaners. I received my cleaner promptly and have been VERY happy with it! I would definately use this company for ALL of my pool and backyard needs. They were absolutely great!

This is worst online experience I have ever had. I tried to fax them an order. their published fax doesnt work and they gave me another which doesnt work either. Stay away,
if you want to hang on the phone for more than 30 mins and spend half a day to save 10 bucks.. how much is your time worth??? and then who knows if it shows up. dont do it, they are apparently understaffed, their online chat doesnt work either....
and under funded. lots of complaints on bbb as well.

I ordered a solar cover from them that they listed as in stock. Then I get an email saying tracking # will come 24 hours after it ships. It's been a week and never shipped. I have not received tracking # and they have charged my CC. I created a service ticket that has not been answered. Tried to call, waited 10 minutes on hold then it went to voice mail.

This merchant rates fair from my experience. One of the items i ordered was backordered but i wasn't notified until after i completed the order. Also, they charged my card before the backordered item shipped; i don't like that practice. i had to return an item and they charged me a re-stocking fee even though it was a standard, non-custom item and i of course paid the return shipping. Their customer service was also sluggish. They did not return phone calls or e-mails within the specified time frames. i probably won't make another puchase from this merchant.
