 I placed a large order with aquasuperstore.com.  I bought some stuff that was very important that I got before Christmas. I was having a Christmas party and was furnishing my entire patio. I paid a ton of extra money to have this delivered by Christmas also... They charged my credit card and on 12-24-08 I called to ask about my order, because that is the last day the said it would be delivered and the rude customer service staff told me they didn't have an order from me. The very unprofessional staff then called me back several hours later to tell me the order got lost.  I had to get a refund and it took over a week to show the refund on my credit card bill online. I would not recommend this company to my enemy and from what I see online they are very unreliable and have THE WORST customer service.  They made me feel like I did something wrong when I came to them with questions about my order.  Everyone I talked to acted like I was bothering them.  I've ordered from leslies pool store before and had great experiences everytime- I have no idea why I thought trying to save $2 I would give them my buisness.
