AquaSuperstore is not only a store that offers GREAT pricing, but they also showed to me that they have GREAT customer service as well. I needed to get a new winter cover sent to me because the one i received had a small rip, and a messed up grommet. I called them and they had me fill out the RGA form on their site. When I went to fill it out later that same day, I couldn't find it. I just hit the live chat button on their site, and spoke with a Brandi. She was able to direct me to the RGA button. It was located in the Return Policy Page, that makes sense and I should have looked there in the first place. I then got an email from Ferni in the returns department. He told me that they were working on getting me out another one right away but i had to take pictures. I did it right away, and much to my surprise, i got another cover about 2 days later. All I can say is that AquaSuperstore proved me wrong. But i am glad they did. With all the companies out there that are just in it to take your money, this one came through with their promises. Thank you. I will definitely come back in the future.
