This company is outstanding! They have the best pricing on the internet and the best customer service. I order a maytag timer and chose 2 - 10 days and I got it 3 days!!! I've order from other companies, including sears parts direct, appliance parts pros, and part store but no one has better pricing than these guys. And they have some of the coolest accessories that you just can't find anywhere else. I WILL be placing another order with Appliance Parts Specialists soon!

I ordered a defrost timer for my refrigerator, Appliance Parts Specialists was $20 cheaper than anyone else, they also had the lowest shipping rates, I of course chose the lowest one and still received my part in two days, I was impressed!

Like one of a previous customer, my experience is a disaster. I order a condenser fan motor, which their website said was in stock. When I called them the person answering it also said it was in stock. They took my money, but never sent the part. I contact them after 3 weeks, that's when they told me it was back ordered for another week. After the week, I contact them, this time it was back ordered for another month. When talking to them on the phone, they were very unprofessional. If you check BBB, they don't do very well either. My fault for not checking with BBB first.

My experience with Appliance Parts Specialists proved nightmarish. I chose to order a part via a live online chat with one of their reps, but before the part was delivered, I realized that the rep had provided the wrong information -- the part was not right. American Express advised me to refuse delivery of the part, but Appliance Parts Specialists would not refund me my money -- despite the fact that I never accepted delivery of the part. Fortunately, I was able to dispute the charge with Amex who saw that the money was refunded to me. The entire experience with Appliance Parts Specialists was a horror.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service I received. The package arrived postage due and I had to drive to the post office and pay an additional $5 to get my package even though I already paid $5 for shipping and handling when I bought the product. When I emailed the management, I was told that there was no way that it was their mistake. I will not shop at Appliance Parts again.

Purchasing the item from your site was easy and the price was beyond competitive. The Best Price Guarantee was phenomenal, your price checker made it so easy to check the other online merchant's prices. I had to call in to make sure the part was in-stock, it would be nice to see it online, but the customer service rep was so helpful & even took the order down for me! I chose the Economy shipping which was 2-10 business days, and received it in 3 days! I am extremely pleased with how smoothly the process went from beginning to end. I will be sure to check with your company for any other needs I might have in the future.

Checked all over the Internet for a Maytag bottom rack, this site was the cheapest! Shipping was very reasonable and fast. The Dish Washer rack makes my dishwasher look new again.Definitely will use again!!!!
