Not sure if I would shop here again. Tried to purchase an item. Then was told it was back-ordered, which was fine, I could wait. Then was told that my order was canceled. Tried to order the item again and it was not on the site anymore. VERY VERY Disappointed!!!!

I was looking for a Professional Barber quality Men's Hair Clipper. After a frustrating and confusing web search I finally came across Appliance Hut. They had choices on what I was looking for along with all the accessories. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. Price was fair also. I purchased their top model hair clipper along with a cool Philips beard trimmer (what can I say, I liked to be groomed :) I would definitely shop there again.

I called just minutes after placing my order online, when I needed to cancel my order. This was 3pm on a Thursday, and their website said they were open until 5pm. Finally I hit the operator button and got a person who said they were gone for the WEEKEND! (not a holiday weekend or anything). Very poor customer service and availability. The person who answered tried to reassure me by saying nothing would ship until Monday, which, if I did want the item, would really be a big lag for shipping time.

We received a bread maker that had a ding on the front surface. We are very please with their customer service, it is so nice to speak to a person (Ben) that is customer concerned and is willing to take the extra step to please a customer. I ordered a DLX2000 from ApplianceHut. I bought it from them because of their price. A bot confirmation showed up instantly in my email. The very nice thing that happened was a personal email that arrived within a half hour notifying me that the mixer was shipped. A UPS shipping tracking number was given. It arrived on time and in good shape. Just like downtown! Very nice experience.
