Items came in two days but it was not what i ordered, kind of the same but not what i ordered. They assured me that they would change it for the right product which was nice however by this time i was over the whole thing and decided to get my money back. I was very dissappoint that even though it was obviously not what i ordered, i had to pay for the return shipping on the product. I feel any company that was genuinely out to meet a certain level of customer service would have sent a prepaid envelope so that i could have returned the product they wrongefully sent for free.  oh it was a birthbay gift to myself so needless to say i woke up with nothing. Money was return to my card in about a week.

I LOVE MY RINGS!!  My sister introduced me to Apples of Gold because she loved the quality of their jewellry.  I wanted unusual wedding rings and I found them.  The rings were exactly as pictured !!  The customer service was EXCELLENT.  I am an international customer with separate billing and shipping addresses yet Apples of Gold worked with me to ensure smooth delivery.  Any issues were on my end only.  I must admit that I can't stop sneaking and wearing them even though my wedding is a month away.

The ring was exactly what I would hoped it would be. My husbands wedding ring had been stolen in a recent home invasion robbery. The ring from from Apples of Gold was almost an exact match. The ordering process went smoothly. And had anticipated more communication with the company. However, I was more than disappointed with the communication I received with Apples of Gold. I was surprised that I was not notified of when my order would be shipped. I had not received any notification about my order until the day the order arrived. I received an e-mail with a Fed Ex tracking number at 1:30pm, but the order was left at my front door at 12:20pm. Having recent theft in the area, I would recommend closer communication with your customers. I was glad that I happened to be home when the doorbell rang. However, before I could even get to the door the order had been dropped off and the Fed-Ex driver was gone. A $300 ring may not be a lot to some people. But, I would have been very upset to have not received it.

It took over two and a half weeks to get my order in, making the gift late, It didnt arrive on schedule whatsoever making it a major inconvience with my work schedule. and frankly i think i shouldve gone with someone else for this product.

Delivery speed was unacceptable due to lack of proper shipment method. The website allows you to "select" which method of shipment and I selected USPS for various reasons. This company still chose UPS and I ran into a lot of problems.

"Stacy" with customer service pretended to care in the beginning, but then failed to respond in following through.

Mine was likely an isolated incident, but I paid for a product and specific service...they delivered on the product but not the service. Depending on the item, I would probably do business with again

Great ring thanks to Titanium rings and great price thanks to Apples of gold. There was a problem with the rings being made (a machine broke down) and they were a week late but Titanium rings kept me up to date since Apples of Gold would not respond to any emails, messages left on their answering machine and would rarely answer their phone. When they did the operator told me it had been shipped a week earlier and they had no tracking number which was not true and they acted like I was a bother to them and they didn't care--Hello these are my WEDDING RINGS and I luckily got them in time thanks to Titanium Rings. Apples of Gold only answered their phone 4 times and they never responded to the two messages I left so it is not like I was a pest I just wanted an answer. Thank You again Richard with Titanium rings-for all of your help and for taking the time to keep me updated when I couldn't get Apples of Gold to give a flip.

the items didn't ship as quickly as listed and the eternity band wasn't quite what I expected, after viewing online. the bands are very pretty and feel good when wearing. they are light weight so your hand doesn't feel "weighed" down. although, i am returning the eternity band it is only because, with it's size, it "gets lost" on your hand.

There was a slight unforeseen delay in receiving my ring because the setting was on backorder. It arrived about a week late but was well worth waiting for, the quality of the ring and gemstones is outstanding. On 9/26/07, I ordered a Men's Onyx Bracelet for myself & White Gold Earrings for my wife. The items arrived two (2) days later. I just couldn't believe it. You can't beat the Federal Express three (3) day free shipping.

The pictures on the website are clear, however, they don't do the jewelry justice in any way, shape or form. They are a lot more prettier, beautiful & stunning in person!

Bryn, the customer service representative that took my call answered all my questions quickly, concisely & accurately. She is a true professional. Bryn was even kind enough to provide a discount since this was the first time ordering from them.

Regarding the price, I did quite a bit of research before purchasing from Apples of Gold & you can't beat their prices for the quality of the merchandise anywhere. I would definitely purchase from them again.

I am very please to say the least!!! I had a custom order bangle bracelet made and Afshin was just wonderful. I am a very select individual and I kept asking questions etc. and every time he would get back to me in super fast time. I expect to purchase more jewelry from Apples Of Gold and did make a previous purchase. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they give excellent customer service and fast delivery. I have recommended this web site to my friends and it is the best site on the web site . Stacey the customer service woman is also very friendly. Their prices are very good and since I am on the East Coast you can't meet any of the prices in jewelry here that they offer. I was afraid to purchase on line with any vendors but now that I have found Apples Of gold they will be my jewelry source for fine pieces of gold.
