My experience with Apples of Gold was one of THE BEST ever, in quality of the product to customer service to delivery time!!!  My wedding ring came a day EARLY with their FREE 3-day Fed Ex shipping, and I cannot tell you how absolutely thrilled I am with it!!!  I have to admit that I was preparing myself for the actual product to not be quite as beautiful and heavy as it had appeared to be in the photo on the website, but it absolutely EXCEEDED my expectations!  And the quality and speed of their customer service is almost unheard of these days!!!  This compliment is coming from someone who can be very leery and suspicious of making online purchases from somewhere unfamiliar, as this company was previously to me, and I am someone who is utterly intolerant to the despicable (usually foreign/outsourced) customer service that we Americans normally get shoved upon us now.  I had NOT ONE frustration or complaint whatsoever with my experience with their customer service, and in fact quite the opposite!  Jamie, in Customer Care, was inordinately prompt and helpful ... such a change from what I'm used to anymore!  We ordered my ring first to make sure it was what was pictured and advertised and to make sure that we loved it before we ordered the second one, and we just ordered the second one this week!  Apples of Gold gave us an EXTRAORDINARILY SATISFYING EXPERIENCE ... and that's coming from one VERY hard-to-please customer!!!!
