The only thing worse than The Apple Store, is their delivery services. My online order went fine - everything was very simple to set up. I ordered my iPod case January 13th - it took them until the 28th to even ship it. It was February 10th before it arrived and it only SORT of arrived. The delivery company had no clue what to do with my apartment (DHL, etc. brings the packages to the residence centre) and left me a notice. So I think 'fine, I'll check their outlet and pick it up'. I phone up Sameday Rightoway and ask, and their nearest outlet is on the other side of the damn city - over and hour and a half away.
I decide to have it rerouted directly to the residence centre and I'd leave the notice there signed for them - their notice claims that I have this option. If only I could be so lucky. The delivery service claimed that I couldn't do anything with them, I had to go through Apple. I phoned up Apple and made the request and was put on hold. The representative came back and said that it was all taken care of. I wait until today (monday, the 13th) and phone up Sameday to see how the delivery is going - they claim that their Apple representative never received any request to reroute my package and that it wasn't being sent out. Oddly enough they somehow knew the address I had wanted it rerouted to. I've set everything up with Apple (again) and will be seeing if they deliver it tomorrow... probably not.
