Pathetic, Inexcusable order "service" from such a large company

This was my second order from the Apple Store. I had very little trouble with my first order so I figured why not try again (dispite the warnings from many who have had bad experiences). My first order was a 30G iPod that arrived fairly quickly. Even though the package was slightly damaged (I assumed in-transit), the product inside was fine. My second order was placed in mid-Dec for some simple accessories (not anything complicated or customized). I waited a week after I received their email confirmation of my order before I contacted them to ask about my order status. I was told that the order was received but was "stuck" in their system and was not being processed for delivery at this time. OK, sh*t happens (especially during the holiday season), I understand this. So, I was told that my order was being "unstuck" and someone would contact me regarding it's status. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. So, two weeks later I phoned them (they do NOT respond to any email inquiries - pretty lame for a "computer" store) and I am not happy to begin with. I give my story to the operator and she puts me on hold to go "see if there is something we can do for you". SEE WHAT YOU CAN DO FOR ME!?!? How about fill a simple order and ship it to me in less than a month?!? She comes back on after 15 mins to advise me that the order will not be shipped and I will have to REORDER. I DON'T THINK SO! I will NOT be reordering from them (and I told them so). Is it too much to ask that I get what I ordered the first time I order it. I have NEVER had to "reorder" anything before from any other webstore. This type of service from any company is inexcusable. But from a company such as Apple, it is just pathetic. They will not get any future business from me or my family.
