I felt compelled to write this review about the apple store because they did something amazing this week. I ordered personalized iPod from their web cite on Tuesday early in the morning as a present for my wife. After I placed an order I realized that with the time in transit it may not arrive here by Friday. I called the store trying to ask to either upgrade the shipping method or speed up the process any other way. I received pretty standard response from one of their rep basically repeated everything that I already new and said that I should not be expecting it until the middle of the next week. I was on verge of canceling the order all together. To my great surprise on Wednesday I noticed that the order was already shipped even though I also ordered engraving. That was encouraging news, however when I tracked the shipment through FedEx I discovered that the order was shipped from China. I was devastated thinking that now it will never make it here by Friday. How wrong was I. On Thursday afternoon this order arrived in Alaska and Thursday evening to Indiana and to my greatest amazement I got my present Friday morning at 9:00 AM.
