LOVE this online store! Updated classics, well made, moderately priced. Orders are delivered quickly, packaged well, and so far absolutely no order errors. Liberal return policy makes it easy to order online and if there is a problem with fit, or you just don't like it, return it no questions asked. You can pay a small fee to return it to the online store, or if you have a local Ann Taylor store, return it there. Site is simple to navigate and they also have a great feature which will locate inventory at your local/nearby store. Not in stock? Don't panic, call Customer Service (which is impeccable), and they will do an inventory search for you. Do NOT forget to join the for email list! Your mailbox will be full of advanced notice of store/online/events/sales, not to mention great online promotion codes. Usually 15%/20%, and at this time of the year the occasional 25%. I never pay full price OR shipping because I always take advantage of these discounts. Your orders are maintained on the site forever, with a record of mailed returns too. Tracking no's are provided too. I get deliveries a few times a week! New styles are added frequently. The clothes are great, but the style doesn't stop there.
