I following the measuring guidelines and the bracelet was too big, needed three links removed which was done by a local jeweler. I guess too big is better than too small since it was an easy $10 fix

The ordering process was a little cumbersome trying to be sure that the engraving would be correct. When I found a mistake that I had made before placing the order, it was a little confusing to correct it, but I was ultimately successful. Otherwise, no complaints

The credit card should not be billed until the order ships. I thought this was the law, but it's at least the practice elsewhere. Most questions, although the form forced me to answer them, are irrelavant because the product has not yet been received.

The whole process was quick and easy. The only thing that took the longest was of course, the products-since they needed to be produced, but that of course was to be expected.
