I ordered the wrong strips as I didn't know that there were two different kinds of freedom test strips freedom and freedom lite, I needed the freedom lite not the freedom. I thought that something was wrong with the strips untill I called. The person I talked with gave me a number for Abbott and they send me the correct strips with out cost to me and I sent them the test strips I made a mistake with. This merchant's website is easy to use, user friendly and the products get to my house very quickly. I have not had any delivery issues. The prices are awesome and I am grateful for their customer service. Excellent!
