Recently bought a TR88 Korg keyboard, played it once, didn't like it, took about 1 hour packing it for return so I can get it full back. Probably spent about 2 hours on the phone with them confirming shipping address and the like. Also, when you ship it to Midland Park, NJ, they'll ship it automatically across the street - so it'll seem like they shipped it to the wrong building; however, AMS has it set up so it automatically gets shipped there across the street to 59 Greenwood (I think), instead of 65 greenwood. They refunded my account, less shipping of course, in about 3 days - as indicated. Customer service walked me through the whole thing, they even transfered me to their Operations people to verify with the floor manager if the package has been received but not posted in their system. In all, I give them a 10/10. I see some negative reviews here, and I've read them all. They're definitely isolated cases. I have continued to shop at AMS online - even if the price is higher, because at least I know I'll get what I need and that the store is reliable. To me that is worth the (seldom) premium pricing at AMS. OH, and just to mention - the INTEREST FREE PAYMENT PLAN ROCKS!
