A recommendation despite some customer service issues

I had been looking to buy the Yamaha YD drum set for a couple of months. American Musical had one in their Non-Factory Sealed special for $499 (normally this set is $599 everywhere). I quickly ordered it and the shipment arrived the next day! Well, half the shipment made it. The set is packaged in 2 boxes, one arrived, the other was lost. It appeared the 2nd box never made it to UPS. It took 3 calls into American Musical's customer service before it was determined the box was lost. They offered to send out a complete set for the same price. I was told the set was green, but when it arrived it was actually red. So in the end, I got a drum set at a great price. It did cost me some time and aggravation, but overall I'm pleased with the customer service they provided.
