American Eagle's online store has solved the problem of finding jeans to fit my teeny tiny daughter who happens to be 5'8'. Weary from a day of shopping on foot, I let my fingers do the walking at the always open AE.com and found an impressive selection of jeans in sizes 00 through 18 in Short, Regular, Long, and Extra Long lengths!

AE.com offers a variety of jean styles and washes at prices ranging from $30.00 to $60.00. The bonus? My Abercrombie loving daughter decided ae.com's casual, classic styles exceeded her expectations and I started receiving a stream of emails from her with other items she'd like to own. I'm happy about that because ae.com is much more reasonable than Abercrombie and Fitch! The quality is at the very least, comparable.

You'll find toddler's, children's, men's and women's clothing in every wearable category you'd expect, and some you might not, like bath and body, footwear, underwear, accessories and more. AE.com targets teens/young adults, although I frequently find items to wear. American Eagle also operates Aerie stores and the ae.com site includes all Aerie merchandise which is great because finding an Aerie store is difficult. Toddler's and children's clothing is offered only online.

The website is well organized, easy to navigate, loaded with inventory, and makes online browsing and purchasing a breeze. The online store offers much more than brick and mortars. For instance, you can buy pj bottoms in lengths online but you'll only find regulars in store. All major credit cards are accepted and you can check out as a guest or as a registered member. Other features savvy internet shoppers have come to expect are present and include order history, tracking, and wishlists. Be sure to sign up for the free AE All-Access Pass, a quarterly rewards for purchase program, that offers other goodies throughout the year like a 15% bonus birthday discount. It's painless and worth the brief Q&A's. 

I order frequently and all shipments have been prompt and 100% accurate. I haven't needed to contact customer service but they're there if you need them. The return policy is generous; no time limit or restocking fees, and they're accepted at your local store or you can mail them back on your dime. One exception to the store return would be online only merchandise, which I think applies only to the toddler/children categories.

AE.com is currently offering free shipping with a $100.00 order minimum and you'll find standard shipping costs at ae.com's help link if your order is less. A $99.00 order would be $8.00 --- buy a lipgloss!
