I shudder to think how much I have spent at this online store, but I really feel it is one of the best ones out there. My son, age 15, is an American Eagle junkie, I even got him his own credit card on my account as an authorized user! Overall, compared to some of the other stores in the mall, I think American Eagle has a pretty decent quality of clothing, and the website has been a real find!

Recently, the online site has had some pretty good deals, I think a great time to shop it is at change of season. I just purchased over 250.00 worth of hoodies and tees for less than 100.00 for holiday gifts, and these were all the same items that were in the retail store just last visit.

The order arrived within a few days, perfectly packed, and accurate as ordered! Be sure to check the "Clearance" section online, you may find some real knockout deals! This is where I did most of my shopping. I am quite impressed with this website, the service is well above what I have seen in most online sites, I think this online site is very well run, the selections are current, the graphics are excellent, as are the descriptions give good accurate details.

As I look at these purchases, I still believe I have given clothes to Goodwill that look in better overall shape than many of these with the tattered logos, but I know that's the style, so I just have to get used to it! Overall the clothes seem pretty well made, the sweatshirts are cut from non pilling heavy cotton fabrics, zippers seem sturdy, and they all have washed up well, and they are washed quite a bit.

The last tees I purchased stated they were the "sueded" type and they have a wonderful soft buttery feel, almost feeling like suede cloth, and washed up well. My son says they are extremely comfortable, and were half price on the outlet from the retail store. We haven't bought jeans (my son is a hard size to find at ove 6 foot 4) but he has a collection of belts which at about 20.00 each aren't too bad of a buy, and their men's cologne doesn't smell too bad either, and I may pick up a bottle for his as a gift.

After purchasing clothes from Hollister, Aeropostale, and now American Eagle, this store seems to carry the highest quality of the three. While their clothes can be a bit overall pricey, especially at full retail, I believe they can be an overall good value especially if you catch some deals on this online clearance section.

I would recommend this site, and since it seems to be the clothes all the high schoolers want, go take a look!
